Pardeeville School District Online Registration Guide
August 1, 2024
2024-2025 Registration and Picture Day for 4K-12th grade students
All registration will take place in the high school atrium at Door #14
Registration will be held from 7:00-10:00 am and 3:00-6:00 pm
Pardeeville Schools is using a registration process called eRegistration. The online instructions are provided on the Pardeeville School website home page. Parents can log in to their PowerSchool account to complete the online registration forms. Please contact the appropriate office if you need a Parent Access ID and password.

Registration Information for 2024-2025:

Parents/guardians may begin the eRegistration process for each of their students beginning on July 8th.

Please be sure to look through all the data currently recorded in each student(s) tab pertaining to legal guardian information, student contacts, health concerns, parental permissions, etc. to make sure we have the most up-date information.

If you don’t have online access, there will be Chromebooks available at the school during office hours and on August 1st.

4K - 12th grade students will have school photos taken at registration day by Galley Studios. Please review the order form for pricing. Picture retake day is scheduled on 9/21/24.

Another great use of the eRegistration portal is that families can update their contact information and parental permissions whenever there are changes throughout the school year. Just sign in to your family PowerSchool account and go to the eRegistration portal to make any necessary updates to your address, phone numbers, email addresses, employers, parental permission, etc. Thanks for your help in keeping your family’s contact information up-to-date.
Tasks to Complete before Attending the August 1, 2024 Registration Day
- Pay Fees and Fines online via eFunds for Schools or plan to bring multiple checks or cash on August 1st as most fees have to be paid to separate accounts. (eFunds allows parents to pay with one transaction for all students)
- Custodial Visitation Rights forms need to be filled out by both the custodial and non-custodial parent on two separate forms during Picture Registration Day or sent to the school office. The office will require proof of custody if the two submitted forms show a conflict of information.
- Free/Reduced lunch applications should be filled out by all parents who may qualify. A form will be available at the designated Meals table on August 1, 2024 or contact the office.
- Galley Studios Picture Order Form should be filled out with cash or check brought in the day of registration.
