Notice is hereby given that the Board of Education, Pardeeville Area School District (“the School Food Authority-SFA”); is requesting bids to Provide Food Service Management from Food Service Management Companies (FSMC) at Pardeeville Area School District. The duration of the contract will be July 1, 2023 through June 30, 2024 with the option to renew for up to 4 one-year terms.

Proposals must be received by Jason LeMay, District Administrator of the Pardeeville Area School District at 120 Oak Street, Pardeeville, WI 53954 up until 4:30 P.M. CST on May 3, 2023 at which time and place proposals received will be logged for evaluation. Late proposals will not be accepted.

Required Attendance at Pre-Proposal Meeting Organizations who intend to submit proposals are required to attend the pre-proposal meeting on Monday, April 17, 2023 at 11:00 A.M. CST, at the Pardeeville Area School District Office, 120 Oak Street, Pardeeville, WI 53954. Only those organizations that have submitted a responsive proposal and attended the required pre-proposal meeting will be considered in the evaluation of proposals.

Questions related to the RFP may be submitted, in writing, via email to lemaja@pasdwi.org by April 20, 2023 4:30 p.m. Questions will be answered via an addendum to all potential bidders. 

The Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
