In accordance with Wisconsin State Statute § 19.34(1), the Pardeeville Area School District hereby provides the following notice regarding access to public records:

Request Procedures
Requests for records may be made orally or in writing, but it is recommended that requests be submitted in writing to ensure clarity and accuracy. Requests should reasonably describe the record(s) sought.

Fees
The District may impose fees consistent with Wisconsin Statute § 19.35(3) for:
Reproduction of records (e.g., photocopying costs) Location costs if the cost exceeds $50 Mailing or shipping costs
The District may require prepayment if the total cost exceeds $5.00.
Response Time
The District shall respond to requests for access to public records as soon as practicable and without delay, in accordance with § 19.35(4)(a), Wis. Stats.
Exemptions
Access to some records may be denied or restricted under state or federal law. When access is denied, the reason for denial will be provided in writing, as required by law.
This notice is provided pursuant to § 19.34(1), Wis. Stats. and will be posted at the District Office and on the School District’s official website.
