Registration for New & Returning Students

New Student Registration

NEW families enrolling into the Pardeeville Area School District need to contact the appropriate office to receive instructions on how to register within our school district.

The school district will need to see the following items upon approval of enrollment:

*Birth Certificate - State issued or certified copy

*Proof of residence - Provide a copy of a bill or correspondence with your name and address on it.

*Parent's Driver's License that is registering student

*Student Immunization Record
